Exchange & Refund Policy

At Julaahi Weaves, we strive to provide you with the finest handloom sarees. However, if you need to exchange or return a product, please go through our policy below.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

• The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

• We will arrange a reverse pickup once the exchange request is approved.

• No shipping charges will be applicable for exchanges.

• Once an order has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

• The exchanged product will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the returned parcel.

⚠ Products from our exclusive collections (if applicable) are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

• The product(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• The refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days after we receive the returned product.

• A return shipping charge of ₹300 will be applicable for refunds.

Important Notes:

🚫 International orders are not eligible for return or replacement.
🚫 Sale items and purchases made in stores/exhibitions are not eligible for return or exchange online.
